This offering includes deeply nourishing distance energy healing sessions that are tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply seeking a moment of reset, these sessions are designed to gently support your return to balance and inner harmony. Using a combination of Reiki and intuitive energy work, I help clear stagnant or blocked energy from your system - the kind that often accumulates through stress, emotional holding, or transition. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing modality that channels universal life force energy (also known as "ki" or "prana") to where it's most needed. It works to restore natural energetic flow, support the nervous system, and activate your body’s innate healing intelligence. Each session is uniquely guided by your energy, your intentions, and what you're currently navigating. For deeper integration, I often weave in conscious breathwork, inviting the body to release stored tension, reconnect with the present moment, and soften into openness. Even from a distance, this work is incredibly effective.
