Become a facilitator of Gamma Breathwork while immersing in the gorgeous pristine jungle of the Caribbean of Costa Rica, at 7 minutes walking distance from a beautiful raw nature beach.

In this accredited and certified training you will learn powerful and easy-to-apply tools for your own personal growth to use at home, plus be masterfully guided and trained in how to facilitate Gamma Breathwork sessions for individuals, pairs, and groups in all types of settings and for all types of topics.

You will learn how to guide sessions for activating skills and goals and higher life visions, in alignment with your own path and unique gifts you wish to share. You will also learn how to support processing of trauma and addiction. This is also a powerful tool for transformation and manifestation. You can combine gamma breathwork with any other holistic practice and healing technique to boost power and effectiveness.

As well as learning theory, you will be on an experiential journey in which you will have a profound transformation, a reset and recharge to bring home a whole new you. You will practice facilitating sessions while getting to know fellow heart-centered retreat attendees.

Gamma is a high frequency consciousness state that puts you into Flow State, the way to thrive in life and to create synergistic solutions and upgrades in all areas of your life. It is an advanced technique proven to be highly effective for processing patterns, freeing up energy and power to create positive life shifts, and for supporting the development of higher sensory abilities. While being potent, it is also easy to facilitate and is a safely titrated process while being of support for clearing deep and challenging issues.

Gamma Breathwork stimulates activation of the pineal gland, heart coherence, and regulation of neurotransmitters. Being in Gamma also correlates to a release of dimethyltryptamine, or DMT, also known as The Spirit Molecule. When in Gamma, and connecting consciously and intentionally with our breath and bodies, we are able to create remarkable positive changes in our lives. In this training retreat you will learn exactly how to do this for yourself and to guide others in their transformation as well.

You will experience peaceful meditations, a Cacao Gamma Ecstatic Dance Journey, and personal time to enjoy nature and excursions of choice.

Excursions available in the area include: snorkeling, cacao farm tour, a day with the BriBri tribe, medicinal plant hike tour, and more.

As well as being a training, you will experience and apply gamma to your own healing and growth. Whether you are seeking a reset or coming to heal from a deep trauma or addiction, or to find your soul's purpose and manifest your dreams, plus open up more love in your life, you will be highly enriched by the divine nature of the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica in combination with the expertly guided Gamma Breath sessions and powerful tools honed and refined by RahQuel Star.

She also organizes transformational festivals and performs dances onstage and brings dance troupes together to perform awakening dance activations.
